How soon will I get my DVD order?
We process orders right away. Your DVD order is shipped out within three business days. All US and Canada orders are shipped through USPS. All orders outside the US are shipped by airmail.
How will I know you received my video order?
You will be sent an email within 72 hours of placing your order. If you do not receive an email from Kat Surth, the webmistress of this site, please email her directly.
Will the DVD play on my computer?
The DVDs you buy from this site are like any ordinary DVD you buy at a store. Chances are that if a regular DVD plays on your computer, the DVD you buy here will play on your computer too.
Can I get a refund on the DVD if I don't like it?
We are sorry, but there are no refunds on DVDs. With today's technology, it is too easy to copies DVDs today. As for the quality of our DVDs, we try our best but we admit that we do not have the high-budget of Hollywood. We list a description of every video, include photos and a trailer. If you like what you see, buy it. If you don't, then please go somewhere else.
After clicking on the "continue shopping" button and I ordered another video, it doesn't show up.
The added video will show up after clicking on the "update" button or by clicking the refresh button in your browser.
The DVD doesn't work. What can I do?
We produce our videos on the best DVDs on the market. If for some odd reason your DVD does not work, please let us know what player you are using. You can exchange that DVD for the EXACT DVD only.
I don't have much access to the internet. Can I send for a catalog of your videos?
It's best to be able to view the photos and the trailers online, but if you prefer a printed information list, we will be happy to send you one. Please send a SASE (self address stamped envelope) to the address found on the Contact page. Remember that most libraries, colleges, and many coffee shops have free internet available. We also have printable order forms for those within the USA or have US dollar currency and for those outside the US and who would rather pay by Euro instead.
Do you have VODs? Where are they?
Most of the videos in our public and member store are also available as VODs (Video on Demand: a video you buy online, download, and watch on your own computer). For any video in the store that you are interested in, click on the title or where it says "click here for more information." Somewhere on the page it will say if that video is available as a VOD, and if it is, there will be the direct link to it. Please note that this link will take you to different website where our video is distributed.
I can't get the video clips to play. What should I try?
These video clips are saved as .avi files, should they should play in all players, but they are specially coded for Windows Media Player. If you do not have one, you can download it for free at Windows Media player. Mac users can get a free Windows Media Player Here If either of those do not work, try downloading free codecs (the same codecs we are using when making these video clips) at Free-Codecs.com.
The video clips seem to take a long time to play.
Our video files are big due to their nice resolution size. The best way to view the video clip is to download the video first to your computer before trying to play it in your video player. Right mouse click on the video file and choose "save to computer". Now it should play normally.
Why can't I vote in the polls on the message board?
We're happy you want to join in on the fun! In order to vote, you must register with the board. I understand that it's a pain to register again once you've already registered with the website, but I am sure you'll find it worth it.
Don't you have a model page? You know...a page that shows all the models on the site?
Yes we do! We hope to make it more visible and easier to find in the upcoming months. For now, to find this page of models, click on either the "Photos" or "More Photos" tab near the top. Then click on any model's name. Near the bottom left, inside the large blue border, you'll find a link called "Browse Models." Also you may find the text above it saying "Want to see more?" This means that the model has more of herself on the site -- maybe another photo set or so, a video clip, or a story.
I never look at message boards. What reason do I have to look at yours?
The biggest reason to check out the message board is to see exclusive photos that Ms. Surth won't be posting anywhere else. The next reason is to see if any special events are coming up. For example, Ms. Surth is hosting a special chat in January and the location is only known to members of BaldGirlz.com. If you've always wanted to chat with Kat, you'll want to know about this great event, but you'll only find that information there.
How often do you add new content?
Due to a drop in members and the difficulty in obtaining models who want to have their heads shaved, this site is no longer updating with new content. But there is plenty of hot and sexy photos, videos, and games of our adorable ladies to make your $19.95 worth while.
Do you share my information with third parties?
No. BaldGirlz.com doesn't share, rent, or sell your information. We do not contact you unless you contact us via email or message board first. We respect your privacy.
I have an idea for a photo/video session. If I sent the idea to you, would you do it?
If your suggestion isn't illegal or involve sex, we will seriously think about doing a photo/video session on your idea. That's why we now do pie in face & sliming video/photo sessions. We loved the idea so much that we made those suggestions into reality!
I have something I would love to see you use in a video/photo session. Will you use it?
We will try. Just note that much of the photo and video sessions that we do have a six-month to a year turn around time. We have so much content that we aren't able to put everything up right away as things need to be sorted, edited and such. You can send item(s) to the address listed on the contact page. If you want the item(s) returned to you, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope/package for its return. Please note that we aren't responsible for lost or misdirected mail. The postal service is great, but things sometimes happen.
